Chef Sylvia Parks has been cooking for family and friends as long as she can remember. A Graduate of Hospitality and Tourism Management from Ryerson University, she has been a business owner since 2008. Her main focus in her cooking experiences is sharing tasty meals that are healthy and quick, while having fun in the kitchen. Her specialty is authentic East Indian cuisine, and she takes great pride in her homemade spices and curry sauces. Sylvia has always loved food and she enjoys sharing that passion with others.

Instructor Chef Sylvia offers professional chef services customized to meet your needs. Whether for an intimate dinner party, a small corporate function or even kids cooking classes your guests will be truly delighted.

Chef Sylvia also instructs on the basics as well as the more challenging techniques of cooking. These services are offered at various venues including the Loblaw’s President Choice Cooking Schools “What’s for Dinner” and Adult Evening Classes, Zehrs, The Great Canadian Superstore, Loblaw’s and Pampered Chef.
